Draft. Not reviewed by an attorney. PLAN.md section 0 B1 budgets an advertising and FTC opinion, and blocker B-3 tracks it. Do not take payment against this text as it stands.

Who we are and what this is

Reviewspree provides a card for your counter and a page your customers reach by scanning it. On that page a customer chooses a star rating and is offered a short review draft they may edit, replace or ignore, and a button that takes them to your listing on Google, where they post it themselves under their own Google account.

These terms are between you, the business buying the service, and us. By creating an account you agree to them.

What we do not do, and cannot

We never post a review. Google has no mechanism that would let anyone post a review on another person's behalf, and any product claiming otherwise is describing something that does not exist. Every review that results from this service is written, edited and posted by the customer, from their own account.

We do not filter by rating. One star and five star go to Google through the same button, in the same place, at the same size. Suppressing unhappy customers is against Google's policies, and we will not build it whoever asks.

We cannot promise you reviews, a rating, or a ranking. We can promise the card, the drafts, the replies and the monthly report. What your customers do with them is theirs. We show you scan and paste numbers so you can judge the service for yourself, and our month end email tells you when they are zero.

We do not guarantee that Google keeps any review. Google removes reviews for its own reasons, without telling us or you.

Your responsibilities

  • Everything you confirm on the fact sheet must be true of the location you

confirmed it for. Drafts are built only from those facts, and a false fact becomes a false review with your name on it.

  • You must not offer any incentive for a review, ask staff to request reviews

from a script, or post reviews of your own business. Any of these can get your listing penalised, and we will end the account.

  • You must have the authority to act for the business you add.

Payment, cancelling and refunds

Plans are monthly or annual and priced per location on a graduated scale, so adding a location never lowers your bill. You may cancel at any time from the billing page, in one step and without contacting us. Service continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund a part period.

Within 30 days of first payment, tell us and we will refund it. If we posted you a counter stand and you keep it, we deduct its cost, which is stated at checkout.

Cancelling stops drafts and replies. Your printed codes keep resolving, so a card on a counter never becomes a dead link.

Automated replies

If you connect your Google Business Profile and turn replies on, we post replies to your reviews in your voice. Replies to reviews of three stars or fewer are held for you to approve. We never overwrite a reply you have already written. You may turn this off at any time, and disconnecting Google stops it immediately.

Ending the account

You may close your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. On closing, your printed codes continue to resolve to a neutral page, so nobody scanning an old card meets an error, and your personal data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any change that materially affects you, and you may cancel.

Your customer writes their own review and posts it from their own Google account. We never post a review for anyone, because Google has no way to let anyone do that.
